Blue Ridge Mountains Nature in Play Therapy Training Event
With Janet Courtney, Rosalind Heiko, Jamie Lynn Langley, Rose LaPiere and Lynn Louise Wonders
November 14 - 17, 2019
Five play therapy trainers will share in leading 20 contact hours of play therapy training in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of North Georgia at Elohee Retreat Center. Join us to learn how to integrate and implement nature-based play therapy interventions rooted in a variety of theoretical orientations supporting the use of play as an effective agent of change, growth and healing. The interventions introduced will provide methods to bring nature into play therapy practice with children, adolescents and families both in the playroom as well as bridging prescriptive healing interventions outside of sessions to promote family bonding.
