Throughout our work, we keep hearing women ask the same questions.  Like us, they too are seeking answers. Wanting clear steps they can take and a helping hand to regain their footing, feel more in control, value and trust themselves.

What Makes Our Retreat Unique?

  • Our focus is on a transformation from the inside out. A thoughtful and holistic approach that clears the way to being able to actually put what you learn to use and see positive change.
  • We start by examining our thoughts and how they affect the ways in which we treat ourselves and interact with the world.
  • You will get the support and permission to put down that exhausting baggage of programmed thoughts and self-conceptions.
  • We will pamper you with delectable healthy food, yoga and meditation, immersed in the natural beauty of the outdoors. 
  • We will move our bodies, raise our voices, laugh, and try out new ways to communicate.
  • And before we leave, you will honor and celebrate your new self with a professional photoshoot, complete with a stylist to capture an inspiring reminder of your transformation to encourage you long after our weekend together is over!

All About You
This weekend is all about you and is designed to help you truly see yourself.  Learn how to BE with yourself. Discover how to sit with, learn from, appreciate, and respect both your body and your mind instead of frantically trying to escape or change it. 

Develop a centering practice that is authentic to you. Receive coaching and guidance on how to grow a self-care practice for your personal and professional life.

Take home your newly packed bag of tools – easy, every day techniques to live your life fully aware, with ‘YOU’ at the wheel.

 What is included in the price:

  • 2½ days of:  Gentle Yoga for all levels ~ Guided Meditations ~ Mindfulness ~ Visualization ~ Group Coaching ~ Improv Playshop ~ Individual Styling and Photo Shoot ~ and lots of special surprises and goodies
  • Lodging: Your choice of preferred lodging; shared or private
  • Meals:   Organic, healthy, locally sourced freshly cooked meals that nourish and support mind, body, and spirit

of programs and time/locations for the weekend)

7:30-9:30PM -Evening Program

Saturday
6:30-7:15AM – Morning Yoga
7:30-8:15AM – Breakfast
8:15-12:30 – Morning program with breaks and snacks
12:30-1:45PM – Lunch
1:45-6:00PM – Afternoon Program with breaks and snacks
6:00-7:30PM – Dinner
7:30-9:30PM – Evening Program with breaks and snacks

Sunday
