Managing the pace of life in our busy world can leave us exhausted and overwhelmed. We are in an age that seeks to define us by accomplishment and activity, and I bet you’ve heard in many yoga classes that we are human beings, not human doings. Hopefully we leave our yoga class feeling rested and restored, but what if we need more?
When you give yourself permission to rest, balance, and restore, you tap into new sources of energy. A yoga retreat offers an opportunity to return home feeling renewed, grounded, and permission to slow down and move with the rhythm of life.
Join us at the beautiful Elohoee Retreat Center for a weekend of yoga, rest, and renewal.
This program includes:
- Gentle, restorative and revitalizing yoga practices
- Time for rest and relaxation in a majestic house located next to a 100 foot natural waterfall at a peaceful retreat center.
- Mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques to quiet the mind and heal the body.
- Yoga talks and journaling
No class or workshop is mandatory. Feel free to skip anything and do just what you want. Whether it is hiking, relaxing, soul searching or simply remembering who you are when you are not absorbed by the flurry of family, work and life.
