Living in Sobriety: A Mind-Body-Spirit Retreat for Women in Recovery

With Chandra White and Cassandra Brayboy

October 11 - 13, 2019

Have you been thinking about what’s next as you continue a life of recovery, unity and service? Do you have ideas and goals about how you’ll take sobriety and solace into the future?

If you’re a woman who is an active member of a recovery fellowship and would love the space and community to discover, embrace and act on your personal design for sober living, this weekend is for you.

At this mind-body-spirit retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to tap into your thoughts, feelings and wisdom to create a roadmap for your future. A set of discovery workshop sessions interspersed between all-levels yoga sessions and healthy homemade chef-created meals all in a beautiful mountain setting will help you to:

  • Assess where you are in life and where you want to go
  • Tune in to your Guiding Force, aligning your goals with your highest purpose
  • Develop a plan for creating forward moving strategies
  • Handle what may stand in your way
  • Relax and recharge in nature

Join us as we tap into the serenity, wisdom and courage of sober living!
