Sacred Stillness: Dance of Body, Mind and Breath

With Stephanie Clement and Rose Mary White

March 20 - 22, 2020

In our day to day lives busy seems to be a constant state of being. We are conditioned to constant movement, distraction, and even overwhelm. At times we may even feel we have lost touch with that Still place inside. This weekend, atop the peaceful mountain of Elohee, we will explore the Dance of Stillness that moves through the body, the mind and the breath. The Stillness that is active, aware, and awake within us all.   We will experience the power of guided meditation and slow, gentle yoga practices to uncover that still place filled with wisdom, clear action and great healing. Stillness in movement and movement in stillness…the sacred dance within us all.

If you have questions or would like more information about the retreat, contact Stephanie at 770-337-9335 or stephanie@stillnessyoga.com.  For more information about Stillness Yoga, please click here.
