What to Expect: To help deepen your retreat experience, Elohee does not provide televisions or internet access (unless you bring your own hotspot). Cell phone service is excellent for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. Your car will be left in a secured parking lot, and you will be shuttled up to your room upon arrival and shuttled back down to your car at departure. Shuttle service to your car is available at any time. All facilities at the top of the mountain are within a 5 minute walk of each other, with some gravel roads. 2 cottage rooms are ADA compliant, and all cottage rooms are on ground level.

Reflect and Reset: A Weekend of Yoga and Community (with Sweet Tea Yoga)

September 24 - 26, 2021

Join Sweet Tea Yoga for a retreat weekend of reflection, wellness and restoration in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia. Our retreat begins with a welcome dinner and an opportunity for reflection around our community bonfire. The evening will end with an optional bedtime yoga nidra practice. Saturday includes a morning vinyasa yoga practice, and affirmation activity, optional hiking, spa services, or quiet activity of choice. The day will end with a restorative yoga practice that will set you up for a wonderful night’s sleep. Sunday will also begin with a vinyasa yoga practice and the weekend will close with a reflection affirmation and closing circle. This retreat is the perfect combination of community building and unscheduled time to reflect and reset.

All meals are made from scratch, nutrient dense beautiful cuisine that is innovative and designed to bring nourishment to maximize your experience.
