    This retreat is designed for women of all ages, stages, and abilities. We will cover pelvic floor and abdominal health, breast care, sexual vitality, and female anatomy and physiology in a safe, loving, and educational space. Specific yoga practices and self care protocols will be taught along with lecture, extended breathwork, meditation, and alignment based asana practices. 15 Continuing Education Credits for Yoga Alliance Registered Teachers are available with this retreat.
