Imani Monica McCullough, Founder of YANAsisters

“Imani” (which means faith) is the name she chose to underscore the foundation of everything she does.  As a writer, she has touched the lives of thousands with her first book, You Are Not Alone being compared to Iyanla Vanzant’s Acts of Faith; and her second book, When I Was Broken earning her the honor of being named “2013 Emerging Writer of the Year” by Written magazine. As a connection coach and speaker, her core message centers on how we can live more passionate and authentic lives, and as founder of You Are Not Alone LLC (“YANASISTERS”) she thrives on creating a safe space where women can authentically connect and share — where every woman is supported in her unique one-of-a-kindness and no woman feels alone.  Imani has been featured on/in Ebony.com, the Atlanta Tribune, Rolling Out, Writers’ in Focus and more.  She is a full-time practicing attorney, with coaching certificates from the CAPP Institute, the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, and Life Purpose Institute.
