Peace and Blessings, I am so excited to share my gift of song with you all!  My musical journey began in gospel music then opera and has made it’s way into jazz, afrobeat,

improvised ritual and vedic chanting.  I was introduced to the yoga community in 2008 by my girlfriends in a brownstone in Brooklyn, one in particular named Sokhna Heather Mabin,  who taught me my first chant from the Kundalini practice, specifically ek ong kar sat nam siri wahe guru by Yogi Bhajan.  This mantra has stayed with me since then and it led me to deepen my yoga practice and to ultimately find a spiritual home in Sacred Chill West.  There I completed Vedic Chanting Certification with Yogi Octavia Nasr.  I enjoy creating improvised music behind movement and channeling the Ancestors.

I have also performed behind experimental movement artists: T. Lang, Anya Cloud, Jaamil Olawale Kosoko and the Urban Bush Women. I am a native of Los Angeles, CA with a stop in Brooklyn, Budapest and now Atlanta.  I am the blessed mother of three young children, my 7 year old twins Matthew and Laila and 4 year old, Sebastian.
