Marlo’s longtime passion for exercise, anatomy, and healthy lifestyle has helped create her teaching style. She spent her earlier years training in many forms of dance and gymnastics. Later, she became Spinal Repair Medical Device consultant logging enlightening hours in Hospital Surgeries. Marlo has held certifications in Group Exercise Training, personal training and now yoga. Marlo enjoys teaching people of all levels, ages and backgrounds. Her love for yoga has become a way of life. In 2017 Backbends & Brews was born as a way for her to share her Dharma (mission). The goal is to help others along their path as well as give back to the community using yoga to donate 20% of proceeds to charitable organizations and those in need.
