Marla Teyolia, M.S., is the Founder + CEO of Culture Shift Agency, a consulting agency focused on the leadership development of women of color and their allies. She is an executive coach with over 20 years of experience working with executives, activists, and change-makers. Her holistic coaching style empowers individuals to reconnect with themselves, become more resilient in order to manage stress while helping them to heal the internal barriers that keep them from thriving.
She believes that transformation is sustainable when it is embodied, holistic, and calls forth the most powerful versions of who we really are. She integrates decades of experience with mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to support clients in building resiliency while bringing their BEST selves to the workplace.
Marla holds a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University where she served as a diversity trainer for incoming students. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley where she graduated magna cum laude. Marla has worked with individuals and teams from Google Facebook, McDermott, Will & Emory, Bard College, Mount Holyoke College, SMU, MTV, NYC Department of Education, and C. Moore Media International Public Relations among many others.
