To Jenna, life is about love, healing, and feeling close to God in every moment…Deeply connecting with beloved family and friends…Spending time with her soul mate and children…Going to the ocean whenever possible…A good thunderstorm…A morning cup of coffee…The sunset…The sunrise…Autumn…The warmth of the sun…A good laugh…A good cry.

Jenna passionately believes that deep and true healing is available for all of us. Her approach to life is holistic, which means that she cares not only for the physical body, but also the mental, emotional and spiritual self. Practicing self-care and self love, eating nourishing foods, regular exercise, daily prayer and meditation are essential. Through walking and hiking in nature, soul searching, journaling, and vision boarding, she calls in her highest life. Loving deeply, surrounding herself with loving, empathetic, grounded, joyful people, go hand in hand with her goal of living a heart centered life. She makes an effort to listen to her inner wisdom, which she believes comes from God when we are quiet enough to listen. Her desire is to be in alignment with her souls highest purpose. For Jenna, this is true healing.

Jenna is a California trained yogini and received her Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour Yoga Certificate with Bhava Ram and Laura Plumb of Deep Yoga though Ginseng Yoga studio in San Diego.  In addition, Jenna is a Holistic Nutritionist, a Certified Senior Fitness Instructor, and has a 500 hour certification in Ayurveda, 100 hour certification in Panchakarma, and has been trained in Transcendental Meditation. Jenna holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition. Jenna loves teaching yoga to children, chair yoga to older adults, as well as Hatha and Vinyasa yoga to the general population. Jenna has a passion for vibrant health and compassionate living and endeavors to share that with the world. Using her experience as a nutritionist and her work with different clients, Jenna greatly enjoys facilitating cleanse programs, weight loss programs, lecturing on various nutrition topics, and leading retreats.
