Jane believes yoga is an incredible way to cultivate the body, the mind and the spirit. After several years of running and competitive tennis, Jane took her first yoga class while living in the Middle East. Having had first-hand experience of the transformative power of yoga she became a passionate practitioner.
Wanting to share her passion with others, Jane completed her 500 Yoga Alliance Certification through Yoga of India. Jane infuses calm instruction, creative sequences and a little bit of humor to guide her students to build strength, stamina and flexibility. She aspires to provide a supportive relationship with her students to encourage physical and emotional growth. Her classes focus on breath, alignment and the interconnection between the mind, body and spirit.
