Maggie Benoit is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who helps people develop strength and balance through yoga poses, alignment, posture, breath and meditation. Her guidance enables individuals to use their bodies as a vehicle for thought, focus, discipline, communication and action. As a kinetic learner, Maggie is guided by a love of movement and the rich sense of language that it weaves. Her initial discovery of movement through yoga in 2005 was the beginning of a lifetime process of learning to engineer more effective means of communicating and listening. Maggie is continuing her education through a training program in Purna Yoga. Her long-term objective is to help produce enriching experiences for people through yoga, movement, arts, mixed media and entrepreneurship.
