A weekend with practices to revitalize and recharge. Nourishing introspective classes to bring well deserved attention to supporting your nervous system.
Yoga, meditation, Myofascial Release techniques, sound bath, and the sweet nectar of nature to activate the relaxation response in your body and mind.

Friday, April 29
3-4pm Check in at Elohee
4:30pm Introduction to Yoga – A short yoga practice to welcome your body, mind and spirit to the Retreat
Focus: We’ll practice gentle standing movements to rebalance and reset the nervous system and realign the spine, and finish with savasana to integrate the poses.
5:15pm Introduction to Meditation – Having a Meditation practice can be such an advantage when it comes to recharging your Nervous system.
Focus: Fresh View Beginners Mind
6-7pm Dinner
7pm Spring Retreat Welcome & Kickoff
7:30 Yoga Class – Open and prepare the body and mind to fully receive the nourishing weekend ahead.
Focus: We’ll practice gentle movements leading into 2 or 3 yin stretches
8:45pm Outside by the fire – Fire Ceremony and Sound Meditation
Focus: Release into the fire what you are ready to let go then move into Sound and Silence for deeper insights into your powerful intentions.
9:45pm Closeout the day
Saturday, April 30
7-7:30am Greet the morning with Yoga practice – Morning Has Broken
Focus: Feel awake and energized after this 30-minute practice that focuses on the stretching the back and legs after a good night’s sleep.
7:30-8am Sunrise Meditation 30-minute guided meditation
Focus: This morning, start your day from a quieter more intentional place. Meditation and journaling
8-9am Breakfast
9-10am Meditation and MFR – Meditation and Myofascial release techniques to settle the mind and body. Letting the analytical mind rest
Focus: Shifting into natural awareness. Meditation and journaling
10:30- 11:45 Yoga Class Opening hips
Focus: Our hips carry us forward and bring a stability to our steps and path. We will gently open through the hips preparing our way to recharge and renew.
12-1pm Lunch
1-4pm Free time
Focus: Gratitude is one of the most powerful feelings within us. We will bring forth a deeper sense of gratitude in relationship with Nature through creating special offerings to the land.
4-5:30pm Yoga Class – Yoga and MFR techniques
Focus: Creating conditions in which the body and nervous system settle down in tandem through gentle yoga postures and myofascial release techniques with various size myofascial balls.
6-7pm Dinner
7 -8:15pm Meditation – Meditation and Pranayama
Focus: Just Being. Meditation and journaling
8:30-9:30pm Sound Bath and Restorative yoga
Focus: Fully supported by props, you’ll lie in restorative shapes for 8 to 10 minutes as the sound of the bowls, chimes, and gong wash over you to release any the stresses, worries and fear.
Sunday, May 1
7:00 – 7:30am Sunrise Yoga – Good Morning, Sunshine!
Focus: We’ll move through a series of twists, side stretch and balance poses that will combine to help you start you day with a positive attitude.
7:30 – 8am Sunrise Meditation – Welcome your day with breath and presence in our Sunday Meditation
Focus: Breathwork and Stillness
8-9am Breakfast
9-10am Closing Meditation – Ground and integrate your retreat weekend through a Mindful Meditation practice.
Focus: Grounding and Centering
10:30 – 11:30 Yoga Class
One more wonderful practice
Focus: As we head home, this practice will balance your needs with what the world needs from you. We’ll use yoga’s breathwork, asana, and reflection to complete our Recharge Weekend.
12-1pm Lunch
1:00pm Closeout and departure
*After each class take time in the presence your practice has brought forth to journal your thoughts, experience and insights. Watch as your weekend takes on a beautiful unfolding into your true nature. Recharge your Soul~
